R&A was established in 1982 with a focus on the design, development and support of modeling and simulation (M&S) applications. The primary mission of R&A is to sustain our prominence as a company that emphasizes the quality of our work and the staff's working environment that is essential to maintain our delivery of quality, efficient service. It is important for R&A to maintain its original focus while nurturing the professional staff to explore other business interests. The requirement for quality and professional ethics established in our M&S delivery strategy has promoted the controlled growth of R&A. The values that guide R&A management and engineering in achieving our mission are:

- Ensuring a customer-centric environment with an active, open dialogue for sharing ideas and information thus ensuring we understand Client requirements;
